Adela Curtin ’17

I am a first-year. I grew up in Portland, Oregon but moved to San Diego a few years ago.

My AP U.S. History class is what first prompted me to more deeply explore philosophy, government, and political science, and I have continued to enjoy having respectful discussions on important issues. Within the Freedom Project I hope to focus specifically on how certain societies determine who is deserving of freedom, and how they justify these decisions.
